The lamp-stick is made of solid wood, sharpened at the lower part and formed into a holder at the top. The lampshade is made of diffuse deep-drawn polypropylene. Rechargeable batteries and LEDs provide the lighting device. The lamp’s form and handling is comparable to that of an umbrella, letting the lamp appear as a familiar object.
