The 450 sqm exhibition space will display timelessly elegant designs by major design industry names such as Tom Dixon, Karim Rashid and Eva Zeisel plus objects from the „Blue Collection“ line. These include a free-floating, experimental light object by Werner Aisslinger, and dynamically formed lounge furniture with intriguing, sapphire-like insights created by Markus Benesch.
Beyond the pure exhibition of creative designs, there is also an element of live creation: the artistic duo El Ultimo Grito will create an installation whose development visitors can experience on a day-to-day basis.
Bombay Sapphire has been active for many years in the design field, engaging in co-operations with international designers and supporting the development of new talent. The Bombay Sapphire Gallery will play host to the German public premiere of selected design objects.
The Bombay Sapphire Gallery is open daily from 21st to 25th May from 2pm to 6pm. In the evenings, a range of private views and events with music and delicious cocktails will be held. After the 25th of May, the Bombay Sapphire Gallery is also open the following two weekends 30th May to 01st June and 06th to 08th June from 2pm to 6pm.
