Modern skyscrapers are obsolete structures unable to respond to the changing realities of our times. In the proposal, the skyscraper re-configures itself in response to changing user demands, the fluctuations of the stock market, and the city’s varying life patterns. It is a new layer that breathes life into the urban fabric, responds to economical shifts, and re-engages the existing skyscrapers it touches.
