As of June 1st (until June 10th) we will present the first issue TASTE-Festival in Berlin: a culinary design festival. TASTE Festival will connect the sensual world of food to visionary ideas of design. Approximately 200 food and product designers, choreographers, artists, producer and cooks will gather at Direktorenhaus Berlin at the river Spree in order to inspire each other and our visitors by exhibitions, Eat-Art performances and dinner events. The 10-day-program’s highlights will be the dinner event ›The Secret Restaurant‹ by Tokio Eat-Art-Artist Ayako Suwa, Museo Alessi’s exhibition displaying prototypes by Phillip Stark, Salvador Dali and Alessandro Mendini as well as the ›weird & eatable insect-city‹ by the dutch design group KNOL. Round about 50 different events will captivate the festival’s visitors.
