New York/ DMY America Tour
Call for Submissions

In this year, the DMY international activities will expand to North and South America.

Just in time for spring, the first station will be nothing less than: NEW YORK. In a collaboration with German Designer Mark Braun, DMY will show innovative design from Berlin at the Noho Design District. We are happy to visit one of the world's most dynamic places which is a unique platform for design and creativity.

The Noho Design District is New York City’s newest design destination, produced and curated annually by Sight Unseen to coincide with the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF). After a successful pilot year in 2010, the Noho Design District has swiftly become New York Design Week’s most exciting incubator for new ideas and emerging talents.

Furthermore a shuttle bus will be offered from the Javits Center with stops in the Meatpacking District, Soho, and Noho.

In autum, the tour will be continued to the stations Sao Paolo, Buenos Aires and Miami at the end of the year.

If you are interested in taking part with your products or prototypes, please send us your product images, a description, list and trade price (net) until Wednesday, April 5th, 2012 to application@dmy-berlin.com.

The participation is subject to a fee of 500,- € (excluding V.A.T. of 19%). This participation fee includes: transport costs of the exhibits, exhibition space fee, public relations, print media for the exhibition, handling of the whole project, support on site.

The whole tour will be complemented with a product catalogue introducing a more comprehensive selection of contemporary design products.

We are looking forward to your submissions!
