DMY International Design Festival Berlin 2011

Christoffer Martens, member of the group ‚erstererster‘ designed the new bed „siebenschläfer“ for Nils Holger Moormann. The different components of this bed only need to be fit into eachother; no tools are necessary. The structure of the bed does not contain any metal and can be reduced to small dimensions for ease of transport. Asymmetry is the guiding idea of the design which creates a variety of shapes just out of one similar element. „siebenschläfer“ is also available with headboard and a shelf.
