Intercity Berlin - Praha
3 - 26 May 2007The special exhibition ‘Intercity: Berlin - Praha’ is a Czech-German exhibition concept by Josef Vomáčka’s which spans a 10-year period: each year, a different creative discipline is presented first in Prague, followed by an exhibition in Berlin. After painting and photography, the third year of the project focused on design.
Eight designers from Prague and eight of their Berlin counterparts boarded the Intercity to display design trends and creative experiments from both cities in both cities. Following an initial presentation at the Designblok Prague in October 2006, the special exhibition took place within the framework of Designmai 2007 at stilwerk Berlin, presented and organised by DMY.
