10 - 20 May 2007 Gallery Korea, Cultural Department of the Ambassy of the Korean RepublicA selection of young designers gather for a creative confrontation between Korea and Germany. A cultural dialogue generating results between tradition and modernity.
Exhibits by young designers from Berlin who redesigned traditional Korean wedding shoes and transformed them into contemporary design objects were first presented at the Seoul Design Festival in 2006. Completed with the work of Korean artists, the retrospective featuring reinterpretations and unusual approaches takes place as a special exhibition during DMY 2007 at Gallery Korea, Cultural department of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Berlin.
